Livelihood Development Project

Livelihood Program is a continuing economic activities initiated by the provincial government allocating annual budget for the provision of zero percent non-collateral cash loan assistance to registered non-government organizations (NGO’s) and people’s organizations (PO’s) or cooperatives o small business enterprises, marginalized farmers, laborers (industries or agriculture) fishermen and women’s organizations and other sectors of our community in order to generate additional income. Registration can be done at Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and Cooperative Development Authority (CDA)

Objectives:
a. To provide seed capital for income generating projects
b. To provide technical knowledge and skills on livelihood projects
c. To provide managment and entrepreneurial skills for the benefeciaries
d. To promote the value of diligence and self-sufficiency through the project

b. PRODUCTION OF HIGH VALUE CASH CROPS

• Organic ginger

c. FOOD PROCESSING
• Fish deboning (bangus)
• Meat (tocino, longganisa)
• Cacao (tableya making)

d. VENDING

• Native delicacies (kakanin)
• Fish (lab-asera)
• Kwik-kwik
• Vegetables
• Fruits
• Uling

e. MOTORPARTS SUPPLIES AND SERVICES FOR TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION

• Car wash and Vulcanizing
