Davao del Sur – Gipahigayon niadtong Pebrero 19, 2019 ang Blessing ug Ground-breaking Ceremony sa kapin 14 kilometros nga Farm-to-Market Road (FMR) nga proyekto sa Provincial Government of Davao del Sur ilawom sa Philippine Rural Development Program (PRDP) nga nagkantidad og Php173,000,000.00. Pagpasemento kini sa dalan gikan sa Barangay San Isidro, Barangay Sinayawan, Barangay Poblacion, Barangay Sacub, Barangay Lanuro, sa Hagonoy lapos sa Barangay Cabligan, Matanao, Davao del Sur.

Gipangulohan ang maong aktibidad ni Gov. Dodo Cagas, inubanan ni Hagonoy Vice Mayor Franco Calida, Kanhi Vice Mayor Dr. Nonoy Paden, Engr. Marc Adrian Baddongon sa Department of Agriculture, mga barangay officials sa unom ka barangay, ug mga katawhan sa dapit.

Gipasabot ni Engr. Isabel Camocamo sa Provincial Planning & Development Office (PPDO) nga 10% sa kantidad sa maong proyekyo counterpart sa probinsiya nga anaa sa kapin 17 milyones ka pesos.

Dako ang kalipay sa mga nanambong sa maong aktibidad nga mga residente sa dapit tungod mahatagan na og katumanan ang dugay na nila nga pangandoy nga masemento na ang ilang dalan nga dugay na usab nilang gi-antos. (PIO|Maristel Ngoho)


Ground-breaking Ceremony of a 14-km Farm-to-Market Road, Conducted

Davao del Sur – Held last February 19, 2019 was the Blessing and Ground-breaking Ceremony of a 14-kilometer Farm-to-Market Road (FMR) which is a project of the Provincial Government of Davao del Sur under the Philippines Rural Development Program (PRDP) worth Php173,000,000.00. This is the concreting of road passing Barangay San Isidro, Barangay Sinayawan, Barangay Poblacion, Barangay Sacub, and Barangay Lanuro of Hagonoy until Barangay Cabligan, Matanao, Davao del Sur, which is about to be started.

Gov. Douglas Cagas led the said activity, together with Hagonoy Vice Mayor Franco Calida, former Vice Mayor Dr. Nonoy Paden, Engr. Marc Adrian Baddongon of Department of Agriculture, barangay officials of the six barangays, and residents of the said places.

Engr. Isabel Camocamo of Provincial Planning & Development Office (PPDO) confirmed that 10% of the total cost of the said project was shouldered by the province, which is around 17 million pesos.

The residents who attended the event were overjoyed because this is a fulfillment of a long time wish— the construction of their roads, which they stuggled with for a long time. (PIO|Dianne Depalubos)
