Davao del Sur/PIO – Walo ka adlaw bag-o ang pagsaulog sa Pasko, nagtapok ang mga empleyado sa Provincial Capitol alang sa Regular Monday Convocation, buntag sa Disyembre 17. Gipahigayon kini sulod sa Davao del Sur Coliseum. Ang PGO – Administrative Services Office, Human Resource Management Office, ug Provincial Legal Office mao’y mipresentar sa ilang accomplishment reports.

Gisaysay ni Mr. Ryan Cababat gikan sa Administrative Services Office ang dakong katabang sa Shuttle Bus Transportation Service sa mga lumulupyo sa probinsya. Gibida sab niya ang gipahigayon nga Parents and Teachers Community Association (PTCA) Presidents Meeting subay sa gusto ni Gov. Dodo Cagas nga madungog ang ilang mga tingog. Dugang pa, mukabat sa P62,888,013.76 ang kantidad sa mga ekipo o himan nga gipang-apod-apod ngadto sa mga tulunghaan sa Davao del Sur lakip na diri ang suporta ngadto sa Department of Education pinaagi sa Special Education Fund.

Sa pikas bahin, gisaysay ni Mr. Raul Raut gikan sa Human Resource Management Office nga usa sa mga importanteng butang nga dapat idebelop mao ang Human Resource. Quilaton ug Education Program Supervisor Mr. Christopher Felipe, nasayran nga nakaangkon ang Dolo Elementary School og 2018 Brigada Eskwela Hall of Fame Award didto sa Dipolog City. Usa sab ka estudyante gikan sa Davao del Sur School of Fisheries nga si Kim Eric Delicano ang nakahatag og garbo human miapil sa 8th ASEAN Quiz Regional Competition sa Bali, Indonesia kung asa 3rd place ang team Philippines.

Samtang atol sa ceremonial turnover, kinatibuk-ang P641,500 kantidad ang gipanghatag ngadto sa nagkalain-laing grupo kung asa nakadawat og P244,000 ang Kaunlaran Livelihood Association alang sa ilang Micro-Enterprise Project; P150,000 ang nadawat sa AADC Darong Branch Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative alang sa Organic Native Chicken Production; ug P247,500 sa Asosasyon sa Mag-uuma ug Gagmay nga Negosyante sa San Agustin (AMAGANESA).

Sa katapusan, mihatag og maayong balita si Governor Dodo Cagas kalabot sa madawat nga Christmas bonus og 14th month pay sa mga empleyado sa Kapitolyo. Gidasig sa gobernador ang mga empleyado nga mutambong sa ipahigayon nga Christmas party karong Biyernes, Disyembre 21.


Regular Monday Convocation (Dec.17)

Davao del Sur/PIO- Eight (8) days before Christmas, Provincial Capitol employees gathered for the Regular Monday Convocation, morning of December 17. It was conducted inside Davao del Sur Coliseum. PGO-Administrative Services Section, Human Resource Management Office, and Provincial Legal Office presented their accomplishment reports.

Mr. Ryan Cababat of Administrative Services Office reported that the Shuttle Bus Transportation Service has been a good help to the people of the province. Another achievement he emphasized was the conduct of the Parents and Teachers Community Association (PTCA) Presidents’ Meeting in accordance with the intention of Gov. Dodo Cagas to hear their sentiments. Also, a total of P62, 888, 013.76 worth of assistance was given to different schools in Davao del Sur including the support given to Department of Education through Special Education Fund.

On the other hand, Mr. Raul Raut of the Human Resource Management Office asserted that one of the most important things to develop in terms of public service is human resource. Currently, there are approximately 2,500 capitol employees. He also gave recognition to some of employees who made remarkable output such as the Human Resource Information System, Website development, and text blasting.

Through Division Brigada Eskwela Coordinator Mr. Bernie G. Quilaton, and Education Program Supervisor Mr. Christopher Felipe, it was noted that Dolo Elementary School won 2018 Brigada Eskwela Hall of Fame Award in Dipolog City. Besides, Kim Eric Delicano, a student from Davao del Sur School of Fisheries was recognized for joining 8th ASEAN Quiz Regional Competition in Bali, Indonesia where team Philippines got the 3rd place.

A total of P641,500 worth of assistance was turned over to different groups during the ceremonial turnover: Kaunlaran Livelihood Association (P244,000); AADC Darong Branch Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative (P150,000); Asosasyon sa Mag-uuma ug Gagmay nga Negosyante sa San Agustin (P247,500).

Finally, Gov. Dodo Cagas announced good news that Capitol employees shall receive Christmas bonus and 14th month pay sooner. He also urged the employees to join the Christmas party on Friday, December 21.
