Beneficiaries of the Special Training for Employment Program received the Free Starter Tool Kits

Beneficiaries of the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) are now closer to the fulfillment of their dreams to start their own livelihood after they received the free starter tool kits on April 26, 2021 during the Monday Convocation at the capitol lobby.

 

Governor Douglas Cagas, alongside Vice Gov. Marc Cagas, Board Member Carmelo de los Cientos III, and Congressional District Officer Irick Agbon, spearheaded the turnover of the said tool kits.

 

The tool kits include the following:

 

Bread and Pastry (oven, mixing bowl, measuring cups/jugs, dough cutter, weighing scale)

Welding (welding machine, grinder, welding mask)

Electrical (multitester, screw driver set, pliers set)

 

Congresswoman Mercedes Cagas is very instrumental in the implementation of STEP as she was the one who requested the funds worth 3 million pesos from TESDA Central Office.
