The livelihood and skills training of the GIP beneficiaries is the initiative of Gov. Douglas RA. Cagas in order that the beneficiaries be empower, especially in times of pandemic. The outcome of the trainings can lead to employment and entrepreneurship aside from receiving 396 per day for 15 days.
