Davao del Sur Provincial Government Provided Financial Assistance worth P10,000.00 each to 21 Formel Rebels

Governor Marc Cagas spearheaded the turnover of financial assistance alongside Batallion Commander of the 39th IB PA LATCH Ezra Balagtey and PSWD Officer Geraldine Sanchez Lano.

 

ECLIP Focal Person Lenevic Poresores and ECLIP personnel Ma. Jessica Tan and Kharen Rosalinda were also present during the activity.

 

Assisting the FRs is part of the Tupad Pangako Program. Various government agencies work together to help FRs start their new lives.

 

“I just want your life to improve so that there is no reason for you to go back to that movement,” Governor Cagas said in a statement.

 

Balagtey thanked the governor for giving importance to the FRs, especially the efforts of the provincial government to put an end to the insurgency in the province.
