Teachers and parents of Necensio Isidro Elementary School in Barangay Kapatagan, Digos City, felt grateful after their school’s well-built concrete fence was turned over, today.
Governor Douglas Cagas spearheaded the turnover which was attended by teachers, led by their School Head Mr. Juvy Salise, parents of the students, led by their PTA President Mary Grace Baluro, as well as City Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Cristy Epe, and some barangay officials.
The project was financed by the provincial government’s Special Education Fund (SEF) and cost P750,000.00.
The governor then announced that he would pave the floor and build a stage inside the school for the unfinished covered court, which made the teachers and parents very happy and thankful.
