Take-out Ceremony for Navales-Tablizo Homeowners Association, Inc.
The 133 members of the Navales-Tablizo Homeowners Association, Inc. were grateful after the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) through OIC Manager, Davao City Area Operations Bea Chermaine P. Ranada awarded the notice of take-out to Association President Lonnie Villamor as evidence that the association owns the land on which to build a home. A check worth P19,104,100.00 was also turned over as payment for more than 2 hectares of land.

Gov. Douglas Cagas, Provincial Administrator Atty. Herbert Gonzales, Board Member Arvin Malaza, OIC-Vice President Southern Mindanao Operations Laurence N. Baรฑiso, SHFC President Atty. Arnolfo Ricardo B. Cabling, RSDP Program Manager Fidel Franco, barangay officials, landowners, members of the association, and others graced the event.

“Congratulations to all of us. I can only say that the capitol and all employees are ready and we will always help as much as we can. Our support continues and will continue until the keys to your house will be delivered,” Governor Cagas said in his statement.
Members of the association, led by Community Association President Villamor, thanked the entire provincial government for assisting them with paperwork, landfilling, and other issues, particularly Governor Cagas, Provincial Administrator Atty. Gonzales, and Fidel Franco. The SHFC was one of the people they acknowledged for making it possible.
Under this program, the SHFC will build a 100-square-meter house for each member of the association, which the member will pay for 30 years at a low-interest rate.ย
