The Davao del Sur State College (DSSC) hosted the Monday Convocation
The Davao del Sur State College (DSSC) hosted the Monday Convocation today (July 11) at the Davao del Sur Coliseum, Governor Douglas Ra. Cagas Sports Complex and Business Center in Matti, Digos City.
DSSC President Dr. Augie E. Fuentes presented the updates of DSSC, as the only state college in the province of Davao del Sur.

Fuentes thanked the Cagases especially the former Congresswoman Mercedes Chan Cagas in pushing the creation of DSSC, enacted through Republic Act No. 11220.

“Sir Marc and Gov. Yvonne, rest assured that we will continue the legacy of your father, our former father of Davao del Sur, Governor Dodo Cagas and his dreams and aspirations together with our mother, the mother of DSSC, kay siya ang author, siya g’yud ang nag lead didto sa Congress and to the Senate nga ma-approved g’yud ang conversion, our very own Madam Didi Cagas,” Fuentes said in her message.
