Two Barangays received financial assistance from the Provincial Government of Davao del Sur

Two barangays have received financial assistance with a total amount of P600,000.00 from the Provincial Government of Davao del Sur this morning during the Monday Convocation Program at the Capitol Grounds, Matti, Digos City.

 

Governor Douglas Cagas alongside Vice Gov. Marc Cagas spearheaded the turnover of check to the Barangay Government of Bagumbayan in Malalag amounting to P300,000.00 to be used as incentives for barangay frontline workers, functionaries, and purchase of medicines, as well as another P300,000.00 to the Barangay Government of Langa-an in Matanao for the purchase of food supplies for the frontliners.

 

The assistance was provided through the General Fund Financial Assistance to LGUs in the CY 2021 Annual Investment Program-Local Government Development Fund (AIP-LGDF).
