Seven (7) legitimate associations who visited the Capitol this morning are just waiting for Gov. Douglas Cagas’ approval to grant their livelihood assistance.

Based on Governor Cagas’ order, Livelihood Program Manager Reynel Dalapo explained to each association the governor’s intention in creating this program. This is basically to help and provide more livelihood for the people.
