The livelihood assistance turned over by the Provincial Government of Davao del Sur to the 50 members of Kapatagan Planters Association in Sampaguita 2, Barangay Kapatagan, Digos City would help them increase their household income.
Livelihood Program Manager Reynel Dalapo, representing Governor Douglas Cagas, spearheaded the turnover of livelihood assistance worth P200,000.00 to be used by the association as capital for their consumer store.
Present during the activity were Barangay Councilor Openg Parenas, RSDP Coordinator Fidel Franco, and others.
Cagas Administration’s assistance has been much appreciated by the beneficiaries.
This is the second association to get livelihood assistance from the Provincial Government this week, following the Balasiao Kasaglabat Association of Kiblawan, who received P200,000.00 yesterday.
Governor Cagas often reminds the public that the purpose of granting livelihood assistance is to help and support the people of Davao del Sur.
