Concreting of San Roque – Matti Manggahan Road with Canal

The daily commute of the residents in Barangay San Roque, Digos City, and the neighboring barangays of Lungag and Matti, will be now smooth and comfortable for them after the concreting of the farm-to-market road in the said area has been completed.

 

Gov. Douglas Cagas spearheaded the turnover of a nearly one-kilometer road with a canal worth almost 12 million pesos, to the residents and barangay officials headed by Captain Jose Edulan.

 

On the same event, Certificates of Appreciation were also given out to landowners whose homes were damaged by road concreting, in gratitude and praise for their understanding and generosity.

 

Present during the event were Board Member Victoriano Cadungog, Board Member Erwin Llanos, Board Member Lani Gabutero, Colorado Barangay Captain Cherwin Empuerto, and Ruparan Barangay Captain Roel Limasa.

 

It is concrete proof that the programs and projects of the Cagas Administration continue amid the pandemic and other trials.
