The Council of Barangay Kapoc in Matanao, headed by current ABC President and Barangay Captain Grace Juntilla, paid Governor Douglas Cagas a courtesy call this morning in his office.

They presented the governor with a resolution requesting a relocation site in their barangay, which the governor forwarded to Engr. Roderick Milana, Chairman of the RSDP Committee, to secure funding.
