Ground-breaking Ceremony sa 14-km nga Farm-to-Market Road, Gipahigayon

Held last February 19, 2019 was the Blessing and Ground-breaking Ceremony of a 14-kilometer Farm-to-Market Road (FMR) which is a project of the Provincial Government of Davao del Sur under the Philippines Rural Development Program (PRDP) worth Php173,000,000.00. This is the concreting of road passing Barangay San Isidro, Barangay Sinayawan, Barangay Poblacion, Barangay Sacub, and Barangay Lanuro of Hagonoy until Barangay Cabligan, Matanao, Davao del Sur, which is about to be started.

Mga Nidaug sa 16th National Science Quest, Gipasidunggan

The Provincial Government acknowledged the students from different schools in Davao del Sur who won in the 16th National Science Quest held last February 8-10, 2019 at Baguio City. This serves as admiration to them because of the pride and honor they had brought to the province. Gov. Douglas Cagas himself led the giving of plaques and cash worth Php1,000.00 to the participants as well as to their coaches during the Monday Convocation last February 18, 2019.

Mabuhay, Bansalan Aduna’y Bag-ong Relocation Site

Almost 200 beneficiaries are expected to benefit from the new Relocation Site Development Program (RSDP) in Barangay Mabuhay, Bansalan, Davao del Sur following the groundbreaking ceremony last February 22, 2019, a sign that they can now build their own dwellings. This is the second relocation site in the said barangay that measures 2 hectares with a total amount of Php2.5-Million.

PPOC Meeting, Gipahigayon sa Davao del Sur Coliseum

Gov. Douglas Cagas led the meeting of the Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) held at Ralota Hall, Davao del Sur Coliseum last February 19, 2019. The meeting was attended by the members of PPOC, which consists of the heads of 1002nd Brigade and 39th Infantry Battalion Philippine Army (PA), Philippine National Police (PNP) Provincial Headquarter, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Davao del Sur, and other government agencies together with representatives of different sectors in the province of Davao del Sur.
